Many people have been asking how they can support us with the Obama's recent announcement of administrative relief. We anticipate a huge influx of clients. Here are three simple, concrete ways to help us meet the upcoming needs. 

• Shop through Amazon Smile! Just go to smile.amazon.com instead of plain ol’ amazon.com to do your shopping. Select MICA Project as the recipient, and Amazon will send us 1% of all your transactions! 
• Do your web searching through GoodSearch and start your Cyber Monday shopping through GoodShop! You’ve already typed the g-o-o…go to goodsearch.com or goodshop.com, click “find a cause to support” in the top right corner and search for Migrant and Immigrant Community Action Project. Every time you search, a contribution will be made to MICA.
• Use an eScrip card when shopping at Schnucks for your holiday meals! Pick up a card at the customer service desk at any Schnucks, register it at escrip.com and select MICA to receive a percent of every purchase you make!

Giving Tuesday

Think about how much you spend on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Could you give a percentage of that amount on Giving Tuesday, a day dedicated to giving to our favorite causes?
