Key responsibilities include representing clients in immigration court, managing caseloads, supervising volunteers, preparing legal documents, and conducting Know-Your-Rights presentations. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. or be prepared to apply for Fully Accredited Representative status, be bilingual (English/Spanish), and possess a passion for social justice.

Key responsibilities include overseeing organizational strategy, supporting department leaders, integrating trauma-informed practices, and driving continuous improvement to advance the dignity and justice of immigrant communities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of leadership experience, a proven commitment to social justice, and the ability to inspire a culture of accountability and professional growth.
