Executive Action Immigration "Reform"

On November 20, 2014, President Obama announced his new Executive Actions that provide opportunities for some immigrants to obtain deferral from deportation and a work permit; however, the program is on HOLD and therefore, there is no application available at this time.

Please do not file any documents or pay anyone to file anything or “get in line.” Do NOT pay anyone money who says they can get you legal status or make the process go faster.  Make sure to talk to a licensed immigration attorney.  Notarios can make it impossible to fix your immigration status in the future.

Here’s the latest on the Texas lawsuit: In May 2015, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled to uphold the block on DAPA and extended DACA. Please know that this isn’t a final decision, but instead continues to delay the implementation of the programs. A court hearing is expected to happen in July 2015 in order for the Fifth Circuit Court to make a final ruling.

This DOES NOT AFFECT the original DACA program.

We remain hopeful that implementation will happen at some point, albeit later than expected. We would encourage you to continue compiling documents and evidence of your continuous presence in the United States so that you are prepared.

Signing up here is MUCH BETTER than calling our office.  We will have limited ability to answer your questions over the phone at this point.  Filling out this form will guarantee that we are able to get you accurate information as quickly as possible.
